CES 2019, LG will bring new soundbar with IA

At the CES 2019 in Las Vegas that will open its doors next January 8, LG will bring new soundbar (models SL10YG, SL9YG and SL8YG). The new soundbar of the Korean company offers superior audio quality thanks to the collaboration with Meridian, known companies in the audio industry, as well as smart features and an elegant and modern design. Working closely with Meridian, LG continues to improve sound quality across its product portfolio. The collaboration goes far beyond basic fine-tuning. In fact, Meridian has worked with LG to improve the quality of sound at 360 degrees.

For example, thanks to the adoption of the “Upmix technology”, Meridian succeeds in increasing the immersion of the sound, improving the sound field and the clarity of the main voices and instruments. Thanks to these devices, the new soundbar of LG are able to offer a sound experience of premium quality.

In addition, these new products support both Dolby Atmos and DTS: X. With these two technologies, users can enjoy an incredibly realistic surround that seems to come from multiple directions. To broaden the audio capabilities of these new LG soundbars, users can add the SPK 8 wireless speaker kit. In addition to all these truly unique features, LG’s new soundbars feature smart capabilities based on artificial intelligence. For example, a voice recognition system is available with support from the Google Assistant.

Users can thus control the soundbar directly with the voice.

LG has not willingly shared all the details of these products that will be unveiled at CES 2019 in Las Vegas. In addition to all the precise technical specifications we also expect information on availability and prices.
