Samsung Galaxy Note 10, the new features
Here are the rumors about the design and specifications of the Galaxy Note 10 series that Samsung will be announcing on August 7th at the Unpacked 2019 event in New York.
Pending the arrival on the market of the Galaxy Fold, I am a fan of the Korean manufacturer ready to admire the success of the Galaxy Note 9. Based on rumors that have been circulating for a few weeks, Samsung must announce four models with or without a 5G modem. The possible names are Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Pro. The main differences are the screen diagonal and the number of rear cameras.
Compared to the Galaxy Note 9 there are several innovations in terms of design. The thickness of the frames will be reduced by using an Infinity-O screen, but the in-display front camera will be positioned in the center, not in the right corner in the Galaxy S10 series. Based on the latest rumors, the traditional ear capsule will be eliminated and Sound on Display technology will be applied. The sound is propagated through the glass through vibrations.
The diagonal of the Dynamic AMOLED display should be 6.28 inches for Galaxy Note 10 and 6.75 inches for Galaxy Note 10 Pro. The hardware includes the Snapdragon 855 and Exynos 9825 processors, up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB storage. The 3.5mm audio jack and heart rate monitor are eliminated. Along with three rear cameras, while the Galaxy Note 10 Pro could also have a ToF (Time-of-Flight) sensor.
We don’t know the probabilities (maybe the same as the Galaxy S10), but the camera should have a lens with three different apertures: f / 1.5, f / 1.8 and f / 2.4. The smartphone will choose the most suitable one based on the lighting conditions. For batteries there is a support for fast charging of 25 Watts, in addition to wireless charging.
