Vampire Bloodlines 2: the Gamescom video shows the benefits of Ray Tracing

The leaders of Paradox Interactive fly to Cologne to show the public of Gamescom 2019 a new video game of Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2, the ambitious RPG set in a faithfully revised Seattle in World of Darkness that will be launched in 2020.

Bloodlines 2 is produced by Hardsuit Labs and is the direct successor of the iconic role-playing game Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines, a title famous for its fast-paced narrative, close combat melee and a cast of intriguing characters with many stories hidden to discover progressing in the plot.

Players will take on the role of a vampire and will haunt the streets of the city, seeking prey and maneuvering complex political relationships, all trying to balance the contrast between the innate need for blood and their humanity. The game, currently under development with launch in 2020, will enjoy real-time Ray Tracing and will also support NVIDIA DLSS, as we can see in the wonderful video gameplay made for the GC 2019 in Cologne.

Take a look at the very first images and game scenes of Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 and tell us what you think of this project, if you are long-time enthusiasts of this intellectual property or if you will only now approach the vampire dimension of Paradox and Hardsuit Labs.
