MWC 2019, from Lenovo new Windows 10 laptops and Chromebooks

At Barcelona’s Mobile World Congress 2019, Lenovo announced new Windows 10 laptops and new Chromebooks.
Lenovo presented at the Mobile World Congress 2019 in Barcelona the latest additions to the ThinkPad product portfolio: T490s, T490, T590, X390 and X390 Yoga. For 2019, Lenovo embraced the principles of intelligent connectivity by adopting a foundational design philosophy. Lenovo has focused on innovations that add value like ThinkShield with features like ThinkPad PrivacyGuard with PrivacyAlert and ThinkShutter, the physical security system for webcams, available on most models.

Lenovo also introduced the new ThinkPad BIOS with new features including self-repair. There are also high-speed WWANs for the best connectivity with speeds up to Gigabit, with Fibocom L860-GL CAT16 LTE on the T490.

The T490s, X390 and X390 Yoga models integrate the latest Intel Wi-Fi 6 Gig +. On the T series present HDR displays with Dolby Vision support. Also worthy of mention is the new FHD 400 nit display with low power consumption available on T490s and T490. Lenovo also introduced the new eighth-generation Intel processors.

Lenovo has also brought the Lenovo 14w laptops to the debut with Windows 10 and Lenovo 14e Chromebooks to increase the productivity of those working in the front line. These devices are designed for those working in the first line of contact with customers and users, making a fundamental contribution in various sectors, from retail, hospitality, tourism and manufacturing, but it is often overlooked when it comes to providing a adequate PC equipment. By providing their front-line employees with devices like the Lenovo 14w and 14e Chromebooks, companies can really get the most out of their collaboration and allow front-line employees to fully realize their potential.

Lenovo also announced a new ThinkVision M14 mobile display and X1 ANC headphones to maximize the flexibility of remote team work. The M14 allows off-site workers to take advantage of additional screen space and to facilitate the sharing of content while on the move and the audio of the X1 ANC headphones is professionally adjusted by Dolby to provide advanced audio features during communications and usage of voice commands.

Lenovo IdeaPad and IdeaCentre

Lenovo has also introduced a new range of consumer PCs IdeaPad and IdeaCentre with Windows 10, which allow students, young professionals and families, a greater choice of shapes and colors and different solutions for daily browsing and writing activities, without large budget commitment.

Available in a 14-inch and 15-inch format with an all-aluminum chassis, the new IdeaPad S540 ultra-slim notebook combines high performance, great portability and long battery life, allowing users to work anywhere on the move. Powered by the latest Intel Core i7 eighth-generation processor with NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU or the option of an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U mobile processor with Radeon RX Vega 10 graphics, the IdeaPad S540 has more computing power than enough to watch movies and TV series, process texts and shop online. It also offers up to 12 hours of battery life with RapidCharge technology, which allows up to 2 hours of use with about 15 minutes of charging.
