Mobile gaming from Samsung
It is exactly what Samsung needed to enter the universe of games. The smartphone GamePad, a perfect Christmas gift for teens and adults, a bluetooth controller that adjusts on Android devices from 4 to 6.3 inches, available from today in selected European markets. The design refers to both Xbox 360 controller and the controller of Sega from the good old times, the Samsung Smartphone GamePad has a d-pad 8 -way, four action button, two shoulder buttons, and Select, Start and Play keys.

To control can be connected with the Galaxy family devices via NFC and of course Bluetooth, while other Android devices can be connected only via Bluetooth. It is compatible with gadgets operating over Android 4.1 or later. Soon it will be posted on Google Play the Mobile Console application from Samsung, through which holders of Smartphone GamePad will see what mobile games are compatible with the controller and will acquire.

According to the Korean company, 35 mobile games are compatible with the controller at the moment, while many more are expected in 2014. Some of the major titles are: Need for Speed Most Wanted, Asphalt8: Airborne, Modern Combat 4: Zero Hour and Virtual Tennis Challenge. Samsung also claims that the GamePad can be used with Galaxy devices connected via HDMI to the TV, for larger mobile gaming.
