MiPad is the first tablet of Xiaomi
MiPad is the first Xiaomi tablet. It has not yet been officially confirmed by the direct question but rumors have it that the company intends to repeat the success from its smartphone which is good from all points of view, with a tablet. The name, of course, comes from the combination of Mi, which is typical of all the products of the Chinese company, iPad which recalls the famous tablet from Apple.

We do not know yet what will be the technical specifications of the device or rather, those officers have not yet been around the web. Gossip though wants the MiPad with a 7 inch display, a Mediatek MT8125 CPU Quad Core 1.5 GHz, four cores Cortex A7, a PowerVR SGX544 GPU, a 13 megapixel camera, WiFi and 3G. The features in short, combined certainly look good.

Plus there’s more. Like any self-respecting Chinese product, MiPad will also have a staggering price. In fact, it might cost 160 U.S. dollars, which corresponds more or less to 120 Euros. Our impression is that, if it were to arrive in the West this tablet could get a big hit with consumers. What do you think?
