In the last hours several users have encountered problems using satellite navigation with the Nexus 7 reporting the existence on the official Google discussion forums and through other channels. Restarting the device solves the problem temporarily however, which is repeated in the same span of time. As always, the community of users have tried to find a solution but even the more drastic methods such as a total reset of the device seems to be unable to eliminate the problem. Google confirms the existence of this problem by asserting that its team of engineers had already started working but did not specify precise timing for the duration of the fix.
