Wacom introduces new Bamboo Pad and Bamboo Stylus

Wacom is introducing the new generation of its products with the Wacom Bamboo Pad, a tablet device with touchpad and built in stylus along with the Wacom Bamboo Stylus, a capacitive stylus designed for use with mobile devices. Wacom has built in recent years a considerable catalog of products related to the IT world providing a range of peripherals and tools dedicated to the touch interfaces. For those not familiar, the name of the Japanese company is linked to that of some of the largest manufacturers of technology and its products are mainly tablets and touch pens. The Asian company officially announced the price of its latest accessories Bamboo Pad and the renewed Bamboo line Stylus.

Wacom introduced it as the first touch pad on the market with added stylus. The Bamboo Pad is designed primarily to enhance the navigation capabilities in desktop PCs equipped with Windows 8 operating system adding the ability to interact with the interface by making use of multi touch gestures. The device will also be equipped with just the touch pen and will add to written communications by hand or other similar personalized content and the ability to draw digitally. The Bamboo Pad is available on the official website in the colors blue, light green and purple with Wireless at a cost of € 69.90 and with USB for € 49.90.

With its latest touch pens Wacom renews the offer of the Stylus range presented in 2011. The new series includes three models. Bamboo Stylus Only which aims to offer a natural and realistic drawing with high quality materials and a precise balance, Bamboo Stylus Duo which includes among its holdings a second ball point ink and finally the Bamboo Stylus Alpha which lowers the price bar offering an entry level solution. The pens which are also available from the Wacom official store are priced at € 19.90, € 29.90 and € 14.90.
