The giant 4K tablet from Panasonic

The 4K tablet, with the 20 inch screen of Panasonic has finally a name, a release date and a price. This is the Panasonic Toughpad 4K UT-MB5 tablet, a real beast with a screen resolution of 3840 x 2560 which will be released in January in America at a cost of 5,999 dollars. The functional giant tablet has of course installed Windows 8, the processor Intel Core i5 at 1,9 Ghz, while equipped with an independent graphics card NVIDIA GeForce, 8GB RAM and SSD with total capacity of 256GB. The only negative in the specs is the battery life, which according to Panasonic will not exceed two hours.

Naturally, this tablet is not directed to the general public, but for professional use like doctors, engineers, photographers and filmmakers. Because these giants can easily slip and fall, Panasonic has endowed it with magnesium frames and highly durable fiberglass. Hence the name Toughpad!
