Smart fridges at CES 2013 in Las Vegas | The Samsung T9000
Passionate about cooking and Desperate Housewives? Samsung T9000 could actually solve the problems that an “ordinary” refrigerator presents every day. If you think this is the usual joke know that you are mistaken: although Samsung has often been mocked for its smart appliances, this has been appreciated by most.
If we want to identify it it’s best to give it a nickname: T9000 is not the best for a device that is set to make its appearance in the homes of those who have a bit of money to spend. In short, Samsung could work with a little more imagination and fantasy. But here are the details.
Featuring a 10-inch display which shows weather, calendar, and much more this refrigerator allows you to write notes and make a real shopping list thanks to a simple and intuitive interface; the system, in fact, also manages applications like Evernote useful to allow all not only to write but also to share clips on the web, photos and links of various types.
The only drawback? Needless to say though anticipated that the price is not among the most affordable: 3 thousand euro. It’s smart after all.
