iPad Mini 5 with Retina display? All the rumors about the new tablet
A new iPad 5 (mini this time) on the horizon? It would seem so and the information that is circulating about it at this time are a great hope. According to what is revealed by the American blog iLounge the tablet should be updated to the version with Retina display by next October. There are even rumors circulating incessantly on the code name for the new iPad, “J85“. Now to see all the details.
The design of mini iPad Retina should be the same as that to which we have been accustomed from small tablets sold so far. The only change – which still has not been officially confirmed – is the quality and resolution of the screen. The new device should be at least 7.2 mm thin and have a size of 9.7 inches. DigiTimes is also convinced that it could also be much lighter than the current model: the result would arrive thanks to technology LED Light Bar which would replace the hardware today dedicated to lighting.
Fully shrouded in mystery is however the resolution. The current iPad has a screen of 1024 × 768 amd it is rumored that the next one might go so far as to 2048 × 1536, but in cases like this it is better not to take everything for granted: the disappointment – you know – is just around the corner.
